Notes

Usually achieve FG at 1007 and an ABV slightly over 5%.

Easy drinking, Bread/ Malt with Floral/ Honey/Sweet Grapefruit.

Our best seller and very popular although many younger beer enthusiasts don't class it as an IPA. It is though, just not hop burn indusing. The choice of hops make this a little more balanced and what we think closer to the original EIPAs than most contemporary IPAs.
Our full kettle pH is usually about 5.1.
We find the beer at its best once the yeast is on 3rd or 4th generation re-pitch.

Easy drinking and brings IPA back to its traditional roots. Very popular amongst our customer base. Don't expect anything ground breaking here, just a steady quaffable balanced yet hop forward IPA.
We are on about 130 batches of this now and still struggle to keep up with demand, especially from cask. Our bottle conditioned vision is also popular.
