Brewed this year- 9/10 recipe. This beer is really good if you like Pumpkin Ale.
Used 2 moderate sized sugar pumpkins, the weight wasn't exactly 60 oz.
30 oz added at 60 30 oz added at 15 min for flavor
Steeped pumpkin pie spice in about 1 cup of hot water before pitching to wort.
Lots of Pumpkin that will clog your auto-Siphon. Needed to transfer to secondary fermenter to get rid of the gunk. Other than that this recipe is excellent.
