gravity reading nov 25 five days after 1.014 did a yeast/trub dump
keeping temp at 15 c
nov 30 put spundle on 7 psi and ramp temp up to 18
Dec 1 start ramp temp down from 18
Dec 6 achieve 4 c with spike coil and 5 gal of propylene glycol in freezer at max
bottle ( 12 - 500ml )spike batch 6 from keg to clean and use for spike batch 7
using on off controller for pump on for 5 min every 30 minutes temp going down again.
change up to 25 seconds on just to fill coil with sub zero glycol and off for about 15 minutes temp steadily going done started at 11 C this morning and now 6 hours later at 5 C Dec 7 230 pm going to keg and fine with gelation and put in kegerator in 8 psi and 5C
