Notes
Beer club challenge beer to use a "breakfast cereal". This one uses GM Cocoa Puffs ..... flaked corn, flaked rice, & Weyermann Chocolate & sugar are place holders (a guess) for the cereal. ABV will most likely be higher due to sugar in cereal (Sugar in recipe: based on box nutritional #'s of 12g/serving at 14 servings per box - box is 18oz). Dry Yeast is out of date, will make a starter.
Guess on cereal makeup vs result was pretty close - preboil: est 1.043 vs 1.046, post boil est 1.058 vs 1.060. Tastes great - fingers crossed on result.
