Notes
Make 3.25gal kolsch base, 15-20ibu. Approx 1.5 gal boil loss. Add 10lb of ice and .3 gal water to get back to 3.5gal. Looking for 7% abv. Dry hop mid Ferm with lime zest, cherries, and tropical dominate hops. Crash, rack to keg with ginger beer, bitters, macadamia nut liquor, and key lime juice. Add 2:1 Kolsch to Ginger Beer to keg and carb to soda levels. Final abv 4.5%. 5 gal total volume. 224oz ginger beer (1.75gal, 19 12oz bottles)
