Friend added hops accidentally at start of boil. Was planning on doing a 90 minute boil, cut it to 15 with that mistake.
London ale III. yeast had to check receipt i forgot that.
Brewed this while intoxicated. I dont usually do that. No seriously.
1.056 OG. Maybe mash temp was too high? 154 starting mash temp.
