Brew day 10/22/23:
First day brewing in 3 years! Brewing this beer for Lopez Brew Fest and to get the equipment working again. No major issues, except a boil over (that was my own fault and not the equipment). Measured with teaspoons rather than grams due to scale not being fine enough, so mineral additions may be off my calculations (but are consistent proportional to each other). Did the whirlpool at lower temps (~160, and cooling over 30 mins). OG was 1.058. FG 1.015 on 11/7.
