Discovered this beer and beer style on a recent visit to Seattle. Kudos to Good Society for being willing to give me some guidelines. Please support them if able. Been trying to brew small batch smash brews to hone recipes . Tried ID-158, Belma and el dorado as semi smash hops. will let you know.
