Brewed Sept. 9, forgot to make measurements

after 24 hrs, brix = 10 (sg from refractometer 1.040)

3rd day, brix = 7, 1.027


hydrometer = 1.012 after 7 days....going to wait a few more days

9/24/2023: after 15 days, still 1.012....bottled using fastprime

Will try the first one on 10/6/23
