Notes
- Off the heat 167-168F. Mashed in and closed up the mash tun at 153-154.
- After 1 hr mash, 151-152
- Initial runoff SG: 1.070
- Sparge runoff SG: 1.025
-Preboil SG: 1.041
Post Boil SG: 1.055
For Recipes moving forward, increasing the brew kettle losses to 4 quarts.
Trying to keep the swamp cooler at ~60-65F for as much of the fermentation process as possible.
