Notes

Placed 12 lbs. of local raw and unfiltered honey in 6 gallon fermenting bucket. Added 2 gallons of water, then mixed until honey was mostly dissolved, added more water until the level reached the 6 gallon mark. Also added a handful of raisins, just for added nutrients. Once it has finished fermenting, I plan on splitting up into three 2 gallon batches and adding fruit for 2nd fermentation.
