Notes
Dry hopped 48hrs into fermentation
Aiming for a low alcohol beer, the last one I did at 1% had no flavour, this one I aimed for 2to 3% and dry hopped. Turned out OK but stil light on flavour, I will attempt something similar but try to boost the dry hopping and/or crystal.
I used the dextrose to raise the gravity post boil, trying to keep the gravity down with mash I over estimated the efficiency
