Notes
- 2.75 gal. spring water
- 100g Jasmine loose leaf tea
- 2.5 lb corn sugar
- Omega Lutra Kveik 1/2 pack (5.5 g)
- Brew Tea for 3 minutes @190ºF in about 1.5 qt. of water.
- Cool to room temp to reduce haze
- Add dextrose (corn sugar)
- Top off with spring water to 2.75 gal.
- Ferment @ ~70ºF for 1 week (no temp control needed w/ Lutra)
- Cut up 1 honeydew melon into chunks and freeze.
- Add to sanitized mesh bag and put in keg ~1 week prior to serving.
