Didn't have Simpson Heritage Crystal, used 0.5kg of Crisp Best Pale Ale instead.
51 Lt in Fermentor before yeast Surrey went in. Slurrey contained Pacific Slow Fermenting Dry yeast. Citra Dry Hopped.
OG 1058 78.48% efficiency.
Brew at 24 Degrees 18PSI.
51L at 1058 OG FG 1011 6.2% 78% efficiency
09/08/2023 Dark ale. Slightly too bitter. Strong flavour. Is mellowing. I am pleased with this and would repeat it.
Next beer will be all late hop additions and for a fruity IPA type ale (Cornish IPA 44)
