Notes

For 170 Mash out, pulled bag heated water to 172 and put grains back in water. temp was closer to 162F so really like a step mash
After the 162 for 20min sparked with 2gallons at 170C
Squeezed bag before and after sparring.
Post boil gravity was right on at 1.051
Fermentation started from ~1L of lutra kviek from starter decanted down to a few hundred pls

Decided to dry hop on day 6-fermentation was pretty much done. Shooting for more of an Italian pilsner style

This came out great. Added clarifier at bottling with priming sugar to 2.7 CO2 vol

Let set 30days prior to drinking. Great clarity with nice straw color, can pick up a bit of chill haze but seems to lessen with longer storage at 4C. Very nice white fluffy head that hangs around nicely. Smell in nice floral noble hop with just a bit a bit of earth. Mouth feel is crisp and just a bit dry. The saaz is prominent which is exactly what I liked but it may be a bit too hopped for some. it has a nice lingering finish that makes me want more.

One note: Could drop the magnum (or do 30min additions) a little maybe to come in at 25 IBU total for (22 Magnum, 4 Saaz)
