Fermenting in 1.75 gal corny. Milled with Ss Brewtech mill at -2 setting. General Picobrew Model S efficiency is around 50%. With pH adjustments, step mash, sparge, and finer milled grain this is now at ~57%. Brewing at 5000ft, boiling temp is 203F. If at a lower elevation water adjustments and longer boil times may be necessary.
