Notes

~Steep grain for 30 min
~Bring to a boil...remove kettle from heat and add syrup, DME, and rice.
~Return to boil for 60 minutes. Add hops at hops at proper times.
~ Cool wort after 60 minutes to approx. 50deg F
~ Add 2 gal cold water to sanitized carboy then add cooled wort.
~ Add yeast and aerate.
