Notes
Soaked 2 jalapeno peppers in Mezcal. Zest of 2 limes soaked in Vodka, Add to taste prior to kegging. Added 16 oz triple sec and 3 oz extra lime juice prior to kegging.
Just tasted and it one of the best beers I've made. Just a hint of spice, a little smoke from the mezcal, not too salty or tart. Will definitely brew this one again.
