Notes
Add cherries after 72 hours as per the yeast recommendation, so that the philly sour won't contribute extra sourness.
High FWH util is due to the affect of no chill - taken an extra 15 minutes to cool.
Notes after first brew:
Not sour enough, add some simple sugar or add the cherries earlier.
Also it came out too bitter, probably an effect of the no chill, I wouldn't use fwh, and remove the dry hop, it didn't add much
