8 gallons of spring water
ferment at 68 with no pressure for 2-5 days then add first round of hops. Make bag for second Hop hook magnet and secure on side of fermentor.
Add 10 psi co2 and raise temp to 72 for remainder of ferment,
Add the second hops during that last 5 days of fermentation and let sit for 5 days
Do a close transfer to keg and let condition for 1 week at 70 or room temps
