This was sort of closet cleaning brew, I used what I had left in the cupboard and could find from local store. Experimental. The aim was something like Hypothermia Rye Ale from Sori Brewing (Finnish beer), but didn't come even close.
In Rye Rai there's no single character that would describe the beer. It's not bad, technically it was well executed, but there's no reason to brew it again.
