We brewed this Black IPA on our 1BBL pilot unit at our Brewery New Magnolia in Houston. I was very happy with the results. Perfect balance of malty, chocolaty flavors and bitterness. Lots of pine, resin and grapefruit flavor as well. The amount of bitterness was nice. No component of flavor dominated over any others, well balanced. Very pleased with the result. Will try and talk the Head Brewer into doing a 15 BBL batch!
