Notes

Ferment for 4 weeks. Raise temp for diacetyl rest toward the end of fermentation.

To make a low alcohol beer with the spent grains, sparge or mash with 5.5 gallons of mash water temp. Boil for 60 minutes. Add 1oz of hops (your choice but low AA) at beginning of boil. Chill and pitch your favorite yeast.
