Notes
Made this to feed and build up my Joystick (PacMan) yeast for later duty. If the resulting beer is good - it's a BONUS.
I got 1.031 on the OG and 1.008 FG for a 3% beer - Think BUD. Will package it in 3 days (It's long finished) just for the kick of drinking it. The sample was very -Meh- and would have been better with Pils malt would have been pretty spot on for a "Lite" like beer. Did not get much Orange/Tangerine flavor or aroma...I might consider dry hopping it with Crystal or Saaz in the keg for a week while it carbs and conditions. It needs something for an aroma and floral / germanic will suit its' demeanor. I really do wish it had more orange.
It's a cheap case of beer and a bulked up PacMan for another run of Dead Guy Ish, now that I have the correct yeast.
