Notes

Windsor dry yeast as an alternative to Wyeast 1968 / WL002?
Or S-33 for a fruity finish?

4 of 5

Split batch: 50% each of S-33 & Windsor.
Both balanced easy drinking, but best result when mixed.

Could do with a little more dry hop?
