Notes
Ferment at 10C for 7 days, raise the temperature to 13C and hold for 2 weeks. Slowly chill to lagering temperatures, rack to secondary or keg and lager for 7 weeks.
Transfer to bottles or keg and carbonate to 2.4 vol of CO2.
