Notes
The goal of Version 2 is to slightly increase sweetness at consumption time without affecting final ABV if possible.
- Raise mash temp from 147 to 152.
- which should have the effect of a slightly sweeter beer & i'd expect slightly less fermentable, which would lower the final ABV.
- Add back some fermentable to the boil to maintain final ABV in the mid 5% range.
