This recipe was brewed on a 1 BBL pilot batch at our brewery in Houston, New Magnolia. Medium to strong resin/pine flavors were present. Color and clarity were perfect. Really enjoyable beer. The only drawback was the bitterness was on the light side. If I were to do it again I'd either increase the Chinook at the beginning of the boil or add some pure bittering hops such as magnum to let the bitterness shine through a bit more.
