15.5 gallons to start
after 15 min addition of Denali, add whirlfloc at 10 and then pull 6 gallons and add to diamond lager yeast
remaining will get whirlpool additions and a healthy dose of dry hops and fermented with gulo
pump broke before transferring onto Gulo. I had to let the BK runnings drain into my fermentor. It splashed all over the place. Set the fermentor outside (it was 10) for 6 hours. Frost formed on the fermentor lid inside. Pitched Gulo. This will be a miracle if it pans out.
1.062 OG
1/3/2023 Gulo down to 1.01.I cold crashed and then raised to 52 added 4 oz of citra and 2 oz simcoe.
1/6/2023 racked Gulo over to keg 1.010 FG 6.825%
Really hazy which I am surprised with. Its really round and smooth with a ton of fruit aroma and flavor. <br />
