Bottling:
Tart. Not infection tart, but chemistry tart. Also a bit cider-y.
Probably due to the amount of brown sugar added to bump up
gravity. Bump up the carbonate amount next time and reduce
sugar or eliminate. Needs more chocolate and/or roast malts for
color and flavor.
