Part of 2 - 5 Gal. batches. First 5 Gal. was a Munich Dunkel and 6+ gallons were pulled off. At that point, the 3# of DME and Tettnang hops were added to the wort. Continued to boil an additional 15 min. This second 5 gallon batch is the reult.
