Notes
The Alpha Acid units I have assigned to the Artichoke Leaf (6.22) is an unrealistic (it does not contain AA) and conservative figure based upon my personal perception of the bitterness it imparts when boiled for 60 minutes.
'Mash Chemistry and Brewing Water Calculator' link doesn't appear to work. Salts are added to the mash only.
This is the final profile:
Ca+2 --49.5
Mg+2 -12.8
Na+ ----4.0
Cl: ----- 42.2
SO4-2 -88.2
HCO3- 47.0
