brew day. out of gypsum, and im lazily doing tap water, so adjusting the salts a little to try to get close. i wouldve thought that being a pils that my water would be too hard to get close but it seems the current setup is within range.

this is modified from a clone recipe for birricio italiano tipopils

added a lil bit more dry hops just cause only less than one ounce in the original recipe seems like not very much especially for noble hops
