This beer was brewed on an 1 bbl pilot unit. The beer turned out very well but not excellent although it sold out in the taproom over one weekend. I would probably dial back the Vienna malt a bit on the next go round and potentially try to dry it out a bit more as it was mildly sweet. I might also consider adding a bit of Sazz at the 15 min EOB for a light spiciness addition.
