Target Water Profile
Balanced Profile
Notes
Original recipe from Daniel Langmaid in URL
I plan to ferment under pressure, perhaps at around 7 psi.
Consider Burton-upon-Trent water profile but it seems to require a ridiculous amount of salts and has an extremely high sulfur content. So settled on Balanced Profile which has a slightly higher sulfur content than some of the other profiles.
Won 3rd place in my local homebrew club competition and gave me enough points to tie for Brewer of the Year. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1A7y0P6T9zOI7uMSbYC55rikfkTU4NOf17juxXHYsG4w/edit?usp=sharing
