Notes

The idea here is to create a crisp dry lager with a firm bitterness great for drinking pool side on a hot summers day.

Low / high mash temp coupled with cane sugar and higher sulphate ratio with a generous level but still reserved level of Ibus hopefully will achieve this.

Cutting corner but still aiming for a great product and a easy quick brew day short mash short boil no chill brew.
