Notes
Ferment @ 60F. After 2 days add the first dry hop (mosaic) only. Raise to 65F 65 a few days. Test for Final gravity after a week. If final gravity is reached, add the second dry hop for 3 days. Cold crash, and carbonate at 2.65 volumes.
