O min mash, add before sparge? Enough flavor with that or does it help to give a 5 min window?

My sparge consists of pouring a pot of hotwater over the brew bag in a seperate pot... letting it filter through the back, and squeasing the residual liquid out.. Not high tech, but I usually get 65-75% effeceincy.. As for when to add the Cereal.. I added with the grain the first time... This time, I'm going try adding the last 20 minutes of the mash..
