Didn't have enough 2-row to use 6 lbs, about a half pound short, made up the difference with half pound flaked corn.
Efficiency was lower than expected (didn't test mash pH) and wanted to end up at 7% abv so i added half pound dme pils and 9 oz dextrose to get me the rest of the way.
This is supposed to be a pretty sour summer beer, and the benefit of having to add dextrose is that the simple sugars are easier for the Philly Sour yeast to produce lactic acid with
