Use 1 qt starter 24 hrs before pitching, add 1 qt 5 hours before pitching. Hold out Special B and Carafa Malts until begin recirculation. Mash in at 150F, hold 40 min, infuse to 158F, hold 20 min, add dark malts, recirc, and collect wort.
Brewed 7/26/2022. OG was low 1.048.
Actual FG was 1.011.
