Grains need to be crushed first!
Bring grain mash to 66 C and let set for one hour
Strain mix and make sure to rinse well and collect the water
Take the water and add hops (three additions equally split the hops 9.33 grams per addition) and bring to boil for one hour
Three Hop additions when boiling the wort
- Right at the first boil
- Middle
- Very end (5 minutes before cutting the heat)
Cool it in cold water immediately
Taste the must before brewing (if you don't like the taste you won't like the beer)
