Since this recipe will be used to also make another beer (Wit) with a lower ABV (2 - 5.0 gal. batches), 5.5 gal. of the Wit beer was pulled off for cooling and racked to the carboy. This beer was then boiled an additional 15 min. after the late addition DME and hops were added. |
