About 42 hrs into fermenting it is at 8.4 brix/1.018.
I dry hopped with 1 oz of Citra lupomax and Azacca.
Dry hopped in fermenter for 7 days.
Gravity was 6.8 brix/1.009 when finished.
Smelled amazing. A lot of mango, Smooth, and tasted the same.
Try another hop or more of the other 2. Maybe Simcoe or fruity.
