Need to lessen caramal flavor and lower ABV due to high effecincy. go to .25lb of caramal 60. Tweak all the other lower a bit.

Very large yeast starter. 3 cans of proper. Waited a month, 2 more cans of proper.
1.052 pre boil. 6.75 gal.
SG 1.063
Pitched yeast 7/24
8/12 :
FG 1.012` Cold Crash
ABV 6.69% 206.9 per 12oz bottle
Remove gas at 9/3 (Maybe added to gas around 8/15?)
Gas started high this time, 13psi.
