Brewed Sunday, pitch Philly midnight Monday, fermentation under pressure 70 F, Friday morning added Guava puree and hydrated Voss was pitched, then heated under pressure at 95 F, Cold Crashed Monday morning and Kegged closed transfer Tuesday morning. Roughly 8 days in total. 1020 FG because of the addition of Guava
