UPDATE:
Finally was able to keg and drink this. Definitely getting close to a 'perfect' IPA. The addition of lactose to the recipe creates a different mouthfeel. The aroma and flavor is nearly spot on of what I am going for.

For attempt #4, I will remove the lactose from the recipe & change American - Caramel / Crystal 60L to something like 40L. Everything else is spot on - perfect bitterness and hoppy flavor just needs slightly less malty flavor.
