Notes
Mill wheat to grits consistency. Add wheat and 2lbs Pilsner malt and hold at 145 degrees x20 minutes. Then slowly bring to a boil. Boil x30 minutes. Add to main mash at 152 degrees x60 minutes. Adding rice hulls. Sparge as usual.
