Notes

Increase fermentation temp to 21C after 4 days

Fruit to be added to secondary for 10 days after primary fermentation is complete.
-Fresh pineapple puree
-Frozen peach puree
-Frozen passionfruit puree
-Fresh mango puree

Add lactic acid to taste when racking to bottling bucket.

Tiny Rebel doesn't add oats to the mash, but I wanted a smooth and fuller mouthfeel to make the final beer a little juicier. I also wanted a slightly higher ABV than Clwb Tropica's at 5.4%

Just commenting to say thanks for sharing! how did it turn out?
I brewed a version of this previously that was 75% Pale Ale and 25% pale wheat malt, came out great but going to add carapils and flaked oats for better head retention and body similar to this recipe.

For any future brewers there is some info about the beer on the "brewsheet" on TR's website: https://www.tinyrebel.co.uk/beer/clwb-tropica

Thank you for sharing this recipe. I’m close to the end of the primary fermentation and was wondering what temperature would be recommended for secondary fermentation with the fruits?
