Target Water Profile
Pilsen (Light Lager)
Notes
Volumes adjusted to suit 19L keg with 2L losses (could prob go with 1L but didn't want to risk it.
2L yeast starter (or skip). Mash and boil in 15l pot.
Will use around 2/3 distilled water for mash. Target more Munich water profile and check my hop to malt balance (go for even).
Spalt (0 min) and magnum (bittering) substituted for Tettnang based on availability.
