bike2brew • 03/24/2022 at 02:56am Have not brewed yet. Looking for feedback from experienced Brewers regarding this recipe. Do you think this has good taste potential? I may or may not dry hop the Summer depending on the flavor at Day 14. Likely to let it sit in the fermenter for 21 to 28 days.
bike2brew • 12/03/2022 at 04:08pm brewing today w/ recent modifications to meet style and color guidelines
bike2brew • 01/15/2023 at 01:17am Tasted today after 3 weeks in the bottle. Overall good taste and consistent with my experience with Tripel style beers. Sitting on 40+ bottles so not likely to brew this again until next year.
